Loan Helps Texas Developer Purchase Another Property Just in Time
Hackensack, NJ, March 05, 2007 — John M. Golden was in a predicament. Through his company, Golden Pointe, LLC, he wanted to purchase an attractive piece of property, and he needed a loan with which to do it.
