Part way through the renovations on what was to be a spectacular RV and recreational community in Georgia, our client ran out of money. With only raw land and partially completed facilities as collateral, lenders wouldn’t even look at the deal…that is, until Kennedy Funding came through with a loan for $6.06 million to put the resort back on the road to completion.
